• Sound Journey: Be carried through the healing frequencies + vibrations of sound, immersing yourself in relaxation and renewal. [$45/ person]Full Moon Ceremony: Connect with the lunar cycles and set powerful intentions, release what is no longer serving you, and integrate the wisdom of each moon cycle. [$45/ person]

• Chakra Breathwork: Our monthly Chakra breathwork sessions with Lakshmi will guide deep transformation and support through the power of your breath and safe space. [$45/ person]

• Children’s Yoga (ages 3-8 years): Yoga classes for ages 3-8 years designed to encourage self-regulation and stress management skills through movement and breath awareness. Our resident yoga teacher, Heather, carries a 200-hour Yoga Certification and Children's Yoga Certification from Yoga-Ed. [$20/ person]
